When one wants to post you opinion KPAX website. one has to remember to not dare bring up some of the ugly truths about Missoula, Montana. KPAX actually ran a story that questioned whether the Dave Mathews Band would really be giving a concert at the Macy's Building in Downtown , Missoula.

First of all, how can a news department be confused on whether the flyer is legitimate. What kind of news hounds do they have at KPAX anyway? They say they are actually not sure if the flier is legitimate or not. What? What kind of elementary school journalism skills does this station practice?  

Wait, i can answer that, I have experienced doing camera work for ABC's All My Children, One life to Live, Professional Football, Baseball, NCAA Basketball and Football in a top 10 market.

The differences are many. One difference is that in these markets one actually gets to see more than white people working on the events. Diversity adds to expansion of ideas and opinions. Also , unlike KPAX, they do not pay chump change to their news staff and camera crews.

If you watched some of the University of Montana Football games on TV. One would be confused on whether the director was having his inexperienced camera crew shoot the manicured lawn rather than the action on the field. 

Let's get back to KPAX and their news-hounds in depth reporting on whether Dave Mathews band is coming to Missoula or not. Is this KPAX. Hey, news-hounds, The joke is not the flyer ! w cannot get the truth from such a story.

This also is way more important to KPAX and the rest of the sad news outlets in Missoula whohy does talent not wanna come to Missoula? Why does Governor Schweitzer appoint unqualified people to run the state arts office and what the Montana Office of Film and Television does to earn their paycheck? Ill never know

The truth is that we ahve a state Government made up of people who think they are way more important than they really are. They also tend to think that an appointment to an arts position with the state or city somehow injects you with knowledge and experience in arts and culture.

Truth be told is taht these are a bunch of white people who don't know hip hop from bunny hops,and or Karl marx from Groucho Marx. In a state and city that is totally out of touch with cultural diversity and ethnic diversity. It is no wonder that top talent , especially Black, Chicano, etc, Do not want to perform in Missoula.

Hey Missoulain, KPAX, I am an Italian, as in it-tal-ian...I am not an eye-talian, I don't even know where eye ta lee is. Much to the surprise of many of these media hounds and arts persons who have said to me. How can you be eye-talian and Jewish? err, not that hard, one is a religion and one is a nation.

To complete my short review of the Montana and Missoula Media and Arts committees.

I want to write a short article about myself and my experiences in Montana. I came from the little Italy section in the Bronx, NYC. If you wanna see how i grew up watch a Bronx tale or "A View from the stoop" . My generation experienced the change from racism to Brotherhood. My best friend in the 6th grade was an African American named Hubert Morgan.

We we all outspoken and defended each other no matter what race, creed or ethnicity. Thought diversity and brotherhood had been achieved all across our great land. I also once thought the media actually cared about people.

W hen I came to Montana, I discovered I was wrong. I walked into cities and employers that had the views of a 1960's Mississippi racist. I was attacked and called a Nigger Lover and was actually asked how Jews hid their Horns. This is my first year in Montana,

I saw homeless native Americans beaten up late at night in parks and saw shopkeepers and hotel managers charge higher prices to minorities checking in and paying cash. While White Corporate visitors had their porn video charges hidden as Misc. charges.

I was told to watch out for Chinks, (Chinese people) My manager who described herself as a Christian told me she hated "chinks" "They cook in their rooms and sneak people in is what this West Yellowstone Hotel manager told me. While her coss told me he hated "ragheads" and as a Jew, I should appreciate that.

Another hotel down the Road in West Yellowstone actually had swastikas in the living quarters.

When I complained to County Officials who went to investigate. i was actually told that "it should not have bothered me because the Small".

I realized that the media whether electronic or newspaper was not interested in investigative reporting. they were more interested i selling ads to the racist Companies. I soon learned that our esteemed Democrat politicians talked a good game but they were in the pockets of the same racist companies.

Actor Bill Pullman Chastises Montana Energy Company For Endangering Public Health

" We've seen Bill Pullman take the lead in movies like Independence Day and While You Were Sleeping, but now the actor is taking on a new role: that of public health defender. Recently, Pullman spoke out against the "hideous impact" of unsanctioned power line development on the health of citizens in his home state of Montana.

Northwestern Energies, the company responsible for most of Montana's energy supply, is launching a large-scale development project seeking to connect power sources from Montana to California. Pullman claims that electromagnetic fields (EMFs) generated from the above-ground power lines pose a serious public health risk, adding that EMFs are perceived by many as "the next asbestos" for their connection to lymphoma in children.

Lymphoma is a cancer originating in the lymph nodes that, upon spreading, severely compromises the immune system. As Pullman notes, the connection between above-ground power lines and lymphoma, particularly in children, is well-documented -- even within Northwestern Energies' own health pamphlets.

Pullman has advocated for "going underground" with power lines -- a public health initiative that has already been implemented in many European cities and in China. The actor criticized the legal and political infrastructure that allows such public health oversights, saying: "Are we now a Third World country with how we deal with this -- with how we solve this problem?"

Are Animal "raids and seizures" just big publicity campaign to get more money ? "Racketeering" "Money Laundering" over Animal Rights in Montana?

I hear so many stories of FEMA money pushed on the Local Food Pantry, and other stories of the more the money is needed or the Commissioners of a certain county, or other public officers in power ... the more need they show, the more money they get.

So many Crimes Not Prosecuted, yet money seems to be plentiful for some things... such as can't get a Kid out of a Meth House in Libby Montana no matter who you call or what you prove, but they come and take animals from someone saying they have too many. Can't prosecute for Child Porn, or Other PROVEN crimes but then others .. hmmm.. magically Action is Taken.

Why? What differentiates which Crime or Alleged Crime is worth prosecuting and which is worth ignoring? My Guess is the Deciding factor is the Amount of Money that Counties Law Enforcement, Commissioners, Sheriff, or Judicial Infrastructure is getting to "Let Em' Go" or to "Go Get Em" ... plea bargain pay offs are said to be $5000 to $25,000 in the State of Montana... so if that is True then there is a Good Reason to "Let Em Go"... now if Animal Rights Activists, or Government programs funnel in Money to Protect animals ... well that would be a reason to "go get em" oh unless they are an informant or have something on someone in high places in that particular county..

I do Know without a Doubt in the State of Montana JUSTICE is NOT based on Fact, on Truth, but more so on what the Judge, the Attorney, the Sheriff, or the Names involved have to Gain or Lose... I have seen tons of proof presented to Montana Judges.. not just the Horror of the WR Grace Trial, but also big resorts stomping on the Rights of Montanans and many other Crimes in Montana where the Criminal is Given the Royal Treatment by Judges, a Sheriff, an Attorney, a Justice of the Peace, a Clerk, and other names and games in that particular town or county. ... and the Victim, the REAL Victim of a REAL Montana Crime with Proof in hand is... Shut Up, Set Up, Jailed, Ignored, Beaten, Words and Facts Twisted, pressed with charges of sound polution or ANY thing they can thing of to discredit them before their court date.. or the most common put through Economic Terror.

Well recent stories brought to my attention is looking like many of these "Animal Raids" are staged to create a HUGE money laundering scheme... that is what I am hearing and well I sure believe it.. as I know people who tried to save starving and abused horses for years in Lincoln County Montana, and many around the state of Montana trying to defend and protect animals that Really are being Cruelly Treated AND Nothing is done - Either the Judicial Process wants to protect the Animal Owner

I have some pretty sick stories sent to me of Animal abuse, one was a young woman molested by her step father and years went by, to get to her he abused and eventually killed the dog.. the Lincoln County Authorities did nothing when the "Victim" ( who in Montana is Not Victim until the Courts say they are) WELL authorities did not listen... that woman emailed me last summer... and these cases whether a group of horse or one dog, OR cases of Domestic Violence where the Horse or Dog are left behind and the Spouse left with them retaliates on the animal, NOTHING is done to aid the "Victim" in removing those animals.

Then all the sudden out of no where there is an "Animal Rights" raid? What?

Dogs beaten to death, horses starved and abused ... Horrible Crimes against Animals and NOTHING, no Prosecution even when it is Proved to have happened and who did it.. then out of the blue one particular place is raided... yes great if the TRUTH is the animals are not being cared for and should not be there... but if the TRUTH is corruption, cover ups, set ups or funding that goes in the wrong pockets... well then Time to Expose That one..
